Operating as an integral part of a team you will have a positive outgoing personality with a mature and responsible business approach and confident negotiating style. You will have excellent planning, organizational, communications and presentation skills.

As a self employed Sales Agent you will enjoy all the benefits of working from home and being your own boss, at the same time enjoying the support of our experienced team. All training, advice and marketing support is provided to ensure you succeed. You need to generate your own leads and we will also pass leads to you which are generated by our in-house telemarketing team.

Commission Structure:

We pay you per  10 - 30% of the commission  that Phoenix National Service Inc. earns on every case your client places with Phoenix National Service Inc.  You also have the ability to hire salesmen within your territory to place accounts within your marketing channel upon written approval by us.    

This is not hard selling, you will be contacting businesses to discuss their cash flow problems and to find out if they are in need of chasing debtors for late payments or large companies for invoice verification services, debtor tracing or credit checks.

Our company offer several packages:

1) One off service: - For businesses who wants to place a single account with us, we charge 50% to work on the case on No Win - No Fees Basis

2) Flat rate Service:  For businesses with regular steady placements with either billing or collection issues.  This service is negotiated with the client and Phoenix National Service Inc.  You will act as the intermediary between the two organizations with more responsibility from you as your comfort level improves.

3) Contract collections:  For businesses that have a need to collect accounts at various stages of the collection process.  This can vary in scope to generating letters to full collection up to and including legal action against the debtor.  We offer a simple easy to use contact request system that will allow the contract to be drawn up in a fast and simple manner.  This contract is delivers to you to allow the contact to be executed and simple training offered to the client on the use of the member-only web-site.
